How can I place an order?

You can use to find and purchase new and pre-owned furniture and accessories.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards, Apple Pay, Venmo, Google Pay, Facebook Pay, Amazon Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay.

Do you offer payment plans?

We do not offer payment plans at this time.

Where do you ship?

We ship products throughout the continental United States. Many items, including our pre-owned selection, are available for local delivery or pickup from our Cohoes, New York office.

What types of shipping do you offer?

Shipping options vary by product and manufacturer. Items may be dropshipped to the buyers directly from the manufacturer. Pre-owned items are only available for local delivery or pick-up from our Cohoes, NY office.

Do you offer free shipping?

Most products ship free; however, some manufacturers have minimum order requirements to qualify. Additional shipping expenses, such as inside delivery, residential delivery and lift gate requirement, may be billed on separate line items.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns. All sales are final.

What is your damage policy?

Failure to inspect product at time of receipt, note damages on delivery receipt, and notify TVOI of damages within five business days of the original date of receipt constitutes acceptance of products and a waiver of all claims.
