Shipping policy

FREIGHT

Most products are shipped unassembled, FOB our partnering factories. Additional expenses may be billed on a separate line item as “shipping/handling.” Examples of additional expenses are: not meeting minimum order requirements (vary by manufacturer), inside delivery, residential delivery and lift gate requirements which all have variable charges. TVOI/NU2U shall not be held liable for delays caused by pandemics, strikes, catastrophes, riots or another cause beyond our control.

DELIVERY INSPECTION (DIRECT SHIP ORDERS ONLY)

For direct ship orders that are being installed by the end user, failure to inspect product at time of receipt, note damages on delivery receipt and/or notify TVOI/NU2U of damages within 5 business days of the original date of receipt constitutes acceptance of products and a waiver of all claims. Neither TVOI/NU2U nor the carrier will be responsible for concealed damage claims if shipments are left unopened. Concealed damage must be reported no more than 5 business days from delivery to be valid. Any concealed damage reported after 7 days will not be accepted and is the responsibility of the customer. Any damages found during inspection must be clearly noted on the delivery receipt. The carriers should be notified, and all packages left in original condition as received for inspection from carrier. TVOI/NU2U should be notified immediately. All freight claims are to be processed by TVOI/NU2U via onlinesales@tvoinu2u.com.
